Real Estate Customer Requirements
When a potential customer walks into a property they are interested in buying, they are rarely ever swayed by an undressed layout. Individuals have a hard time conceptualising what a given space will look like when it is decorated and furnished. This is the most important aspect of their decision, as it equates to an emotional attachment with the space in question.
In order to make the customer feel this attachment, it is essential to try and sell them a way of life and not simply dimensions and a layout plan. This can only be achieved when the space in question resembles the way it should look for the eventual use the customer has planned for it, or in a simple phrase ‘property presentation’.
